1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the German Armed Forces ("GAF") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of German Armed Forces, you must:

• Have a valid Roblox account in good standing
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction)
• Own a microphone and have working voice chat capability
• Be willing to follow our rules and regulations
• Have a clean disciplinary record

Note: You must also comply with Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all members with respect and dignity
• Follow lawful orders from superior officers
• Maintain professional behavior during operations and training
• Use appropriate language at all times
• Not engage in griefing, hacking, or exploiting
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or nationality
• Not share sensitive information about the organization

External Compliance: All members must also adhere to Roblox's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Discord's Terms of Service. Violations on either platform may result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Verification Process

Members must verify their Roblox account through our OAuth verification system. This process links your Discord account with your Roblox account for security purposes. You agree to provide accurate information during the verification process.

5. Rank and Progression

Rank progression is based on merit, time in service, and performance. All rank decisions made by leadership are final. Members are expected to complete required training and meet attendance requirements for promotion.

6. Disciplinary Actions

Violation of these terms may result in the following disciplinary actions:

• Verbal warning
• Written warning
• Demotion in rank
• Suspension from operations
• Termination of membership

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials associated with German Armed Forces are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit permission from leadership.

8. Limitation of Liability

German Armed Forces shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, website, or participation in our organization. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services and membership at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
